It was really terrific to work with Matt. The thing that stood out is that he generously shares his abundant knowledge and informed opinion, then he steps back to allow the buyer to make a decision about a given property and offer price. He very consciously avoids pressuring buyers...I highly recommend him and glad to know that buyers will benefit from his hard work, diligence, and most importantly, his warm genuine care for people!!!
