Lauren joined Pardee Properties as a specialized Buyer’s Agent in 2017 after four years at Teles Properties. “I’m excited to be able to offer my clients the off-market listings we regularly receive. And on a personal level, I’m proud to part of a team that puts a strong emphasis on personal growth. I feel lucky every day to be a part of a mindfulness-focused team.”
Originally from Louisiana, she has called Venice her home for ten years after transferring from New York City, which makes her a great resource for her client’s moving to L.A. for the first time. Lauren’s broad travels have also provided her with a sincere passion for design and architecture. “My approach is to help narrow down my client’s search criteria, and make the seemingly overwhelming process a streamlined and happy experience.”
Graduating from college in New Orleans, Lauren’s southern roots show in her ability to anticipate the needs of her clients, offering a comfortable, service-orientated approach. When not working with clients, she can be found racing sailboats weekly out of Marina del Rey.

Lauren Narozniak was wonderful to work with and did a great job with my home purchase! I've done several transactions with Halton Pardee and had met Lauren before but this was the first time I'd worked with her. She was out of town during part of the process for an emergency but did such a great job coordinating everything that I forgot that she wasn't in LA. She even has a good understanding of all the utility and plumbing stuff. She was always reachable and even though I wasn't one of the higher end clients of Pardee I felt like I was always in good hands. People like Lauren are the reason I keep using Pardee; everybody there I've dealt with has been very skilled and professional!

Once we found our rental, she helped us as the liaison with the owner to determine certain next steps on any features including alarm system, shades, TVs, etc. Very thankful for the extensive work she did for us!We communicated through text and phone calls. The real estate landscape has been a bit uncertain with high interest rates and I had concerns about selling my home. However, Lauren handled the situation like it was a cakewalk and exceeded all my expectations. She staged my home with great taste, had it sold within 30 days with multiple offers and above asking price! Extremely impressive! We initially connected at an open house she was running and hit it off. From there she helped me search for properties on the westside. Lauren has the best can-do attitude and is very knowledgable about the local west LA area. Her communications skills and responsiveness are impeccable. When I was ready to make offers, she was quick-acting and made me feel tucked in and updated every step of the way. She was in constant communication so I knew what to expect. This was so appreciated, given that first-time home buying can be a daunting, intimidating experience. Additionally she had to deal with some drama with other parties involved and she handled everything in stride and got the job done.
