Patrick began his career in real estate from Pardee’s very own Colette Stevens, who sold Patrick and his wife their home in Eagle Rock in 2007.

Prior to working in real estate, Patrick started an entertainment company called Dubgypsy that books bands and DJs for private parties in Los Angeles. Patrick has worked as a DJ himself on hundreds of red carpet events. Featured in US Magazine, People Magazine, Vogue, and the Wall Street Journal, Patrick has been performing at high profile events since 2001. His past clients include Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon, Jerry Bruckheimer, Salma Hayek, Matthew McConaughey, Jenna Fischer, Jenny McCarthy, Christina Aguilera, Tom Morello, and Dave Grohl. Patrick performed
side by side with Mark Ronson, Galantis and Leon Bridges at Snapchat’s 2017 New Year’s Eve party. He opened for Steve Aoki at a private event in Los Angeles. And he has DJ’d at several destination events including the Turks & Caicos Islands, Jamaica, Aspen, Oaxaca, Playa Del Carmen, and Sayulita as well as performed alongside Bruno Mars for
Universal Studio’s “Best Year Ever” party in Cabo in 2019.

Outside of real estate and music, Patrick has also worked as a Music Supervisor. He was a founding partner with Off The Record Music, and has also worked with Gary Calamar / Go Music (KCRW) where he hand selected and licensed music for television shows such as True Blood, House and Dexter.

Patrick has been building and nourishing amazing relationships in Los Angeles for over 20 years. And he has now set his sites on helping his friends and business associates find their dream homes. Patrick is a people person who cares deeply about everyone in his life. He also knows how important “home” is. He has been married to his wonderful wife for over 16 years, share a wonderful daughter together, and have built a warm and welcoming home. During COVID, Patrick saw how much home really meant to those around him. He began working with Colette Stevens and Pardee Properties, earned his license in 2021, and the rest is history!
