Patrick Belton
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, with roots in Chicago, Patrick has called Los Angeles home for almost 24 years. He began his real estate career in 2020 under the guidance of his mentor, Colette Stevens, and has since engaged in numerous transactions both with Team Colette and independently.
Before venturing into real estate, Patrick made a name for himself as a DJ, performing at hundreds of high-profile events across Los Angeles and worldwide. His talent has garnered features in publications such as US Magazine, People, Vogue, and the Wall Street Journal. Patrick’s impressive client list includes celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon, Larry David, Salma Hayek, Matthew McConaughey, Jenna Fischer, Jenny McCarthy, Christina Aguilera, Tom Morello, and Dave Grohl. He has shared the stage with notable artists, including Mark Ronson, Galantis, and Leon Bridges at Snapchat’s 2017 New Year’s Eve party, and opened for Steve Aoki at a private event in 2018. His DJing has taken him to exotic locations like Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, and Mexico, and he performed alongside Bruno Mars for Universal Studios’ “Best Year Ever” party in Cabo in 2019.
In addition to his real estate and DJ endeavors, Patrick has experience as a Music Supervisor. He was a founding partner at Off The Record Music and collaborated with Gary Calamar at Go Music (KCRW), where he curated and licensed music for popular TV shows including *True Blood*, *House*, and *Dexter*.
With over 20 years of building meaningful relationships in Los Angeles, Patrick is now focused on helping friends and business associates find their dream homes. A true people person, he highly values the concept of “home.” Patrick has been happily married for over 19 years and shares a daughter with his wonderful wife in LA’s Eagle Rock neighborhood.

Patrick was such a treat to work with as we found and purchased our first home. I couldn't believe how easy it was to collaborate with him as we narrowed our focus on homes, styles, locations, etc. He was in the trenches with us and delightful as we danced through what can often be a stressful process. There are ups and downs as you look to buy a home and it really makes a difference to have a champion on your side. When we purchased our home with Patrick another colleague of his did the negotiating; so, I really can't comment on his ability in that part of the deal. I will say negotiating can feel pretty rushed and frantic so don't be afraid to make sure you understand everything that is being presented: past permits, inspection results, etc. It's a great process but can be overwhelming. Patrick is really awesome to have by your side in the process.
