I feel so lucky that Zillow matched me with Patrick, and that a casual informational interaction turned into buying our very first home. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Patrick made the process really easy and explained things to the best of his knowledge to me along the way.He was very responsive and communicated throughout the process. He helped guide me to make the right decisions in this overwhelming process for a first time buyer!

Patrick was such a treat to work with as we found and purchased our first home. I couldn't believe how easy it was to collaborate with him as we narrowed our focus on homes, styles, locations, etc. He was in the trenches with us and delightful as we danced through what can often be a stressful process. There are ups and downs as you look to buy a home and it really makes a difference to have a champion on your side. When we purchased our home with Patrick another colleague of his did the negotiating; so, I really can't comment on his ability in that part of the deal. I will say negotiating can feel pretty rushed and frantic so don't be afraid to make sure you understand everything that is being presented: past permits, inspection results, etc. It's a great process but can be overwhelming. Patrick is really awesome to have by your side in the process.
