My husband, baby and I relocated from Chicago and through sheer luck found Matt as an agent. Being out of state for the whole process and having used an agent in Chicago for our previous home who is a dear friend and who we absolutely love, our expectations were very high and Matt exceeded them. Our agent Matt Freeman at Halton Pardee. Was a 10 out of 10 is all respects. Too bad there are only 5 stars available. The Pardee process is unique in the industry and allows team members to specialize on the buying or selling process. This makes them highly focused on the clients needs. Matt found us a property for a 1031 exchange, a stressful process with 45 day time limit. We were in escrow within a week. Matt never stopped working until we closed escrow finding backup properties and maintaining the sales process. It was the smoothest sales event I have been part of.

I honestly never realized how much work real estate agents do. He was terrific in showing us a lot of great houses in our price range and was very honest and knowledgeable about the price, condition and location.
