If you’re looking for a stress-free, diligent, responsive agent, I recommend you work with Alex Baker. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. I overanalyzed a lot of what I wanted and ran fact checks against what is being positioned for me. Alex was patient with me while making sure I was comfortable with what I was getting into. From the start, I had looked at a few places but then put the search on pause. He spent time which inevitably felt wasted probably but was graceful in letting me take a pause to reset my search. When the time was the right, 5 months later I reached back out and he picked up where we left off with no hesitation. I found the home but was in a competitive situation; without getting into much detail I ended up coming on top. That was just the first part because what comes next is a litany if paperwork and back-and-forth that is mind numbing. Not only did Alex literally take care of everything - he picked up my calls on pretty much the first ring any time I had a question and was proactive in double checking each phase and milestone of the transaction. In addition he put me in touch with his network of lenders, contractors, inspectors, escrow agents (with multiple options for each) that helped me navigate the myriad of constituents in the purchase. I felt like I had a battalion behind me to close the deal with white glove service. We closed at an extremely attractive price, on time, and zero issues whatsoever.
