Meredith worked as our Buyer agent for our most recent Studio City home purchase in Spring of 2022 during a peak Sellers market. She somehow managed to get us the home of our dreams within our budget. In working with other agents in the past, I sometimes felt that I was doing all the work (finding the homes, strategizing offer terms), but that was not the case with Meredith. Not only was she out there finding us homes we hadn't considered and being completely accommodating to our weekly neighborhood and budget changes, but she is a master negotiator. She positioned us as the preferred buyers for every house we made offers on, making friends with the Selling agents quickly and getting us the inside scoop on what was really important to the Sellers. We could not recommend Meredith more highly for anyone looking to buy a home anywhere in LA.

This was not an easy sale. The property was owned by an estate, and as administrator, I lived 3,000 miles away. We had family issues that delayed the sale; the property was literally in the middle of a major renovation when the owner died. We had probate court proceedings to navigate. The house was a challenging design. And of course, the white-hot LA real estate market was cooling rapidly.

With these challenges, Meredith was fantastic, thoughtful, thorough and effective. She was remarkably patient as the family came to a sale decision, never rushing anyone. She attended to all the small detail issues that arose: Follow-on construction, services, repairs, evaluations and inspections, always acting promptly and efficiently in my stead.

When it was finally “go” time, Meredith got the house beautifully and quickly staged and out into the marketplace. She definitely put our best foot forward. And she was dispassionate and savvy in selecting the right buyer, at the right price. She was a steady and thoughtful advisor in the end-stage negotiations, and the deal closed on time and without incident.

I have used Pardee Properties many times in both the purchase and sale of properties in the Los Angeles area, and I trust them absolutely. And they (and Meredith) are absolutely delightful colleagues and partners in the sale process.

I had the pleasure of working with Meredith on selling my home earlier this year. The transaction was complicated to complete, as both the buyer and the seller (me) had to sell/purchase their respective homes in order to consummate the transaction on essentially the same day and have places to live until they were able to move in. Meredith was able to beautifully navigate this difficult and stressful process for all involved, so that the transaction closed smoothly and without fanfare.

Oh my gosh where do I start?! This was the smoothest most fun and easy and enjoyable real estate process I've ever experienced.
