When you begin the process of buying a new home, a place where you and your family will lay their heads at night and where you hope to spend the rest of your lives it feels daunting. It is a larger than life, out of body feeling. From the very first phone call until Emma walked into the house on Friday April 5 and said: "it's done, we've closed and this is now your house" we could not have asked for a better agent. My wife and I had very specific ideas on what we wanted. We were wiling to take our time and find the "right one". Emma knew that and respected our wishes and desires. We'd shopped around for realtors and hadn't found the fit we wanted and that first conversation in August with Emma sealed the deal. As we went through many trials and tribulations in our search Emma never panicked or got stressed when we asked crazy questions or just didn't like what we'd seen. We saw many great places but always stuck to what we wanted and we didn't waver. When we called or texted Emma immediately got back to us. We can't tell you how many times we looked at each other and then at Emma and said "thank god, we have you as our agent"!!!Our search began in September and came to a conclusion on Friday. We had done multiple cross country trips to find "our new home". While we were back on the East Coast a text came in from Emma on a Thursday afternoon. Her only words were "I think this is it" with a link to a listing. Two days later on Saturday morning we were on a flight back to LA and we were the first people to see the house on Sunday. Emma was SO right, "IT WAS IT". She had spent so much time with us and knew exactly what we wanted. We cannot thank Emma and Sam enough for helping us find this new home. We are indebted, we have new friends that will remain in our lives forever. We could not have done this without Emma. We felt honored to work with her. She's the absolute best!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Emma! She was in constant communication with us and always available to talk through each and every step of the process. It was our first time buying a home so it was a bit overwhelming, but she made it feel very manageable and helped build out a team to take us to the finish line. Emma and her team did a great job in helping me secure the purchase of a home right on the oceanfront in Southern California. I was coming over from out of state and she and her team accommodated me with several appointments to meet with remodeling contractors. She did a great job in obtaining counter-offers from the Sellers even when I came in a little low in my initial offer. Other realtors would just get my initial offer rejected and not countered, but she made it happen.

I can't imagine that there is a better real estate agent--IN THE WORLD--than Emma Russel. We bought several properties with her and she guided us with an expert hand, advocated for us with the sellers, and got us amazing deals on some truly beautiful properties. And the work didn't stop there. Emma set up all the inspections, hired the professionals that we needed to bring the properties up to our standards. She offered us incredible service. But the thing I appreciate most about Emma is her honesty. She never pushed us to make a sale and in fact discouraged us from moving forward on a couple of the properties when she didn't think it was in our best interest to buy. I recommend everyone use Emma Russel if you're interested in buying property. She is great as is the entire team at Pardee Properties.

We can't say enough good things about Emma. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We have been through the buy/sell process several times, and this was an excellent experience. Emma is very calm and level-headed. Every time we asked her for something (a question to be answered, something to be scheduled, request of the seller, references for inspectors or other professionals we needed, she responded very quickly each time. We'd barely press the button on "send" and we'd have a response from her. She knows her business, and helped us to stay calm and to feel that it was all being well-taken care of. She was wise in the negotiation and did not encourage us to pay more than we needed to get the home, but enough to put us in contention. And she knew what extras (closing time, etc.) would matter to the seller in accepting our offer. In the end, we felt we paid the exact correct price - no second thoughts or looking back and wondering if we could have done better. We would engage Emma - and the whole Pardee team - again in a minute! Skip the hassle and go directly to them! (and ask for Emma!)

Emma was the best agent we could’ve asked for. She is patient, understanding, compassionate, smart, and real estate savvy. Since the beginning, she was able to anticipate our needs and, because of her knowledge, we were able to find the right place in the right neighborhood. I could not recommend Emma Russell or Pardee Properties enough. When they said "white glove service" we wondered what this meant. Well--we experienced true "white glove service" from Emma Russell. Emma is very smart, professional, organized, communicative, responsive and on top of all this-very personable. She would send us recap e-mails regarding meetings and calls, and "to do" lists. Emma's team is also exceptional and not only work well together, but are also fun to work with. Honestly, Emma made purchasing a home (an obviously stressful process) very pleasant!
