Lindsey Prickett Materne
Lindsey has proudly called Venice her home for nearly a decade, after relocating with her husband from New York City in early 2008. With more than $50 million in career sales, she has been a lead buyer’s agent at Pardee Properties since the day it opened its doors on Abbot Kinney in early 2013.
Lindsey began her career in real estate with Sotheby’s in 2010. Having always harbored a passion for homes, design, and negotiations – it seemed the perfect fit. Lindsey prides herself on her authentic and dedicated relationship with her clients. “Nothing makes me feel better than happy clients who, in turn, refer me to their friends and family. That’s when I know I have done my job well.”
Lindsey lives with her husband, Taylor, and their two, young children – their daughter, Emmette and their son, Arlo. They also have a beloved, Boxer named Jellie. When not busy working, you can find Lindsey spending time with her family, out and about in Venice, or hosting and entertaining friends at their Venice home – which is what she loves most.

This sounds funny to say but I'm actually a teeny bit sad that we closed on our new house on Friday, because I'm going to miss my daily chats with Lindsey! Up until a few months ago, my husband and I had assumed that we'd never be able to buy a home in Los Angeles, it was just too expensive and impossible. We had met Lindsey at an open house a few months back and had set up a meeting, and even though we figured we weren't ready to buy, we decided to meet with her anyway. From our first meeting with Lindsey until this week, she has been positive, consistent, and so supportive during the entire process.
