In-Person Open Houses Are Now Allowed (With Modifications)

County of Los Angeles updated their Covid-19 guidelines to allow open houses under safety guidelines. Our team is working on conducting open houses as safely as possible and look forward to welcoming everyone back!

The County Health Officer Order has been revised to update the guidance for residential and commercial real estate services to ALLOW in-person open houses so long as social distancing and sanitation can be maintained.

You can read the updated policies on the County’s COVID-19 website.

  • Open Houses: appointments for open houses are no longer required.
  • Social Distancing: Showings, including open houses, are somewhat relaxed under the new social gatherings guidelines but still include social distancing between members of different households while attending an open house.
  • Signing In: There will still be a sign-in requirement on site for all attendees.
  • Forms: All attendees must acknowledge the updated safety guidelines (provided by us) upon entry.

In addition to following the safety guidelines, as outlined by LA County and the California Association of Realtor, Pardee Properties has gone digital! To limit our resource consumption and physical contact with items, we will provide property information on the web. We will provide a shortcut to digital property flyers, containing all of the photos and specs, by using QR codes at each property. QR codes are simple to use — all you need to do is open the camera app on your phone and point at it. From there, simply follow the pop-up to access all of the information.
