Samantha Teresa Noble

Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, Samantha now makes her home in Venice, where she brings deep local insight and genuine care to every client on the Westside. Before real estate, she spent years working in client services and project management for A-list entertainers and their families. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm under pressure, qualities she now applies to every listing and negotiation. Today, as Listing Manager, Samantha is our point person who keeps each sale moving, from pre-market strategy and vendor management to a seamless launch and market presence. Clients value her strategic thinking and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. She approaches every relationship with a curious mind and believes great service is built on trust and respect.

When she is not working, you’ll find her popping around Venice with her family and her dog Senna – don’t worry, they’re friendly!
