Tami Pardee and her team were simply fantastic. From the very informative first call with Tami and Paige which gave us the utmost confidence, to the incredibly smooth offer process with Samantha, to the absolutely phenomenal closing process with Greg, Tami and her team were off the charts. To give some context to this review, before we listed our house with Tami, our house had been on the market for over two months with another realtor with very little activity. But once Tami and her team got on the case, it was GAME ON! They suggested several staging companies whose style would be appropriate for our home, and once the house was staged, they brought in their incredible photographer whose photos of our house just sang. And from there, we had significant interest and a very strong offer IN LESS THAN ONE WEEK! One thing we learned in selling our home is that marketing definitely does matter, and Tami's team gets their listings the best and widest exposure possible. Their marketing muscle and photography made a significant difference in our house initially languishing for two months with another realtor versus being snapped up within a week with them.
