I was fortunate enough to meet Rya during an open house a while back and remembered how warm and friendly she was, so when it was time to buy my first home I reached back out to her. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Rya for our first home purchase. She was knowledgeable and always easy to reach. She made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns both thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Every time something came up that worried us she immediately put us at ease and did some quick problem solving. Plus she was very persistent about finding us the perfect home. Had it not been for her persistence and advice there's no way we would have gotten our home. For example, the house we wanted already had a buyer, but Rya insisted we still look at it and put in an offer. Hence, we were backup offer number one and what do you know, we got the house when the other sale fell through. Even though we closed some months ago on our home l still reach out to Rya for recommendations on vendors and other help regarding our house. Rya is amazing and still helps me to this day. I believe that as a buyer or seller you need an agent that is honest, well informed, and a good balance of friendly and aggressive because they are who represents you during your home buying/selling process.
