I am officially a homeowner of a beautiful property thanks to our spectacular realtor, Rya Meyers. And that is because she and her team at Pardee were stupendous in helping me at every turn to achieve this major life goal. She has been working patiently with me for years while my needs, life, objectives and budget changed wildly from year to year. But thanks to her skill, kindness, and good humor, my family was able to find a truly perfect home.This was an incredibly rigorous rush to the finish line. Home buying is not easy and it was a mistake for me to assume that just looking for a house was the hard part. Rya was able get this crazy tapestry of Frankenstein financing, multi- bank/ company branches/ Escrow agencies/ and all loan officers communications' coordinated, an absurd amount of paperwork, and every little question or concern of mine addressed, all woven together to achieve this moment. I have never seen anything like it.I could not be more grateful and wanted to express my appreciation. This is a house I will make my forever home for me and my family. When the house we first inquired about went under contract, Rya found us other options that met our requirements and followed up on everything we asked for in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Rya enough, she is the BEST real estate agent. I was fortunate enough to meet Rya during an open house a while back and remembered how warm and friendly she was, so when it was time to buy my first home I reached back out to her. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Rya for our first home purchase. She was knowledgeable and always easy to reach. She made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns both thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Every time something came up that worried us she immediately put us at ease and did some quick problem solving. Plus she was very persistent about finding us the perfect home. Had it not been for her persistence and advice there's no way we would have gotten our home. For example, the house we wanted already had a buyer, but Rya insisted we still look at it and put in an offer. Hence, we were backup offer number one and what do you know, we got the house when the other sale fell through. Even though we closed some months ago on our home l still reach out to Rya for recommendations on vendors and other help regarding our house. Rya is amazing and still helps me to this day. I believe that as a buyer or seller you need an agent that is honest, well informed, and a good balance of friendly and aggressive because they are who represents you during your home buying/selling process. Rya and Tyler embody all those qualities. I never felt like either one was pushy. This was a huge bonus during the comps portion of our purchase- as they went above and beyond by getting us a comp that exceeded our expectations. Rya has the best communication skills and I couldn't think of anyone I would rather have to represent me as a buyer or seller.
