Matt Balsz

As a SoCal native, Matt was born in Inglewood and raised in Culver City. His previous 20 years of experience in finance and property management has provided Matt with a vast scope of expertise that he brings to the Front Desk. His positivity and can-do attitude shine through with every task that he comes across, no matter how big or small. Outside of the office, you can find Matt coaching his high school basketball team where he has been a devoted coach for the past 17 years. He has two sons, a beautiful wife, a dog, and a cat that he loves dearly. In his spare time, Matt enjoys going to the gym, hooping, cooking, and shopping as he is an avid sneaker fan. Matt is honored and blessed to be a part of the Pardee team.
