Margie Arbizo was raised on open houses and Thomas Guides, helping her mom navigate the streets of LA long before Google Maps. A second-generation agent with roots in the family brokerage world, she took a creative detour, graduating from FIDM, launching her own hot sauce brand, and mastering the art of bold marketing and branding.

In 2022, Margie returned to real estate with fresh eyes and fierce strategy, joining Colette Stevens and the powerhouse at Team Colette. Since then, she’s helped close a solid portfolio of sales, blending her marketing chops with deep local knowledge to guide buyers and sellers across the Westside and South Bay.
