John Moos, MD

John is a local Southern California native, having grown up in Orange County. He received his medical degree in 2007 from University of California, Davis, and completed his surgical training at Keck School of Medicine at USC. For several years after, John continued his work as a trauma surgeon at an overburdened level-2 trauma center in Modesto, California, before stepping away from his clinical practice in July 2019. After seeing, treating and experiencing trauma over the course of decades, he deliberately switched his focus to healing trauma, not with his hands, but with his words and actions. Taking his collective experience in healing people and leading trauma/surgical teams, John partnered with Tami Pardee, in life and in business, to bring a novel approach and fresh perspective to managing her brokerage and team. John specializes in operational efficiencies, streamlining systems, and quality improvement. As an avid photographer, you may have also seen John’s photography on marketing and advertising for the brokerage.

Together with Tami, his love and life partner, they have successfully blended their families together, collectively raising their 6 kids; they are a modern day Brady Bunch. John can often be seen boxing at JFM studio, running along the strand, surfing south of the pier, or hiking the local trails. He is most alive in the water, on a mountain, or getting dirty. With Tami and their kids, they love to explore new places, new cultures, and experience new things. John has recently started writing a memoir while creating new projects with Tami.
