Lauren held our hands through the bumpy process of renting. Little did we know that the anxiety and emotions associated with buying a house are just as present in renting one! She was always there, through the thick and thin, looking for a nearby house for us to stay in whilst ours undergoes extensive renovations. I must commend her on her professionalism when we almost rented a house that didn't deal with agents; she continued the transaction despite not being compensated, unbeknownst to us! And when we did finally rent another house, she ensured that the level of expected standards were met by listing the numerous deficiencies of the house, many of which I had personally missed, to the owners to rectify.
