Haley was INCREDIBLE during this whole process of searching for a new 2 bedroom/2 bath for my wife and I. We had been living in a smaller bedroom for 5 years and it was time for a bigger place, and a neighborhood change, and Haley was so proactive in showing properties that fit our vibe, and was very helpful in walking us through the application process. We were both working at the time and had a short window to leave the old place, so she exceeded our expectations with how much she was able to get done on our behalf so we didn't have to stress as much. Negotiation the monthly rent as well as discounting the first month move in was clutch. She also did a very diligent walk through with pictures and submitted it to the Property Management company so that we have clear documentation for the security deposit if and when we move in the future. She was also so personable, and warm. Adding touches like flowers, personal card with restaurant recommendations, etc. This move actually felt like buying our first home (even though we are renting) but that's how special she made it feel for us. She was a blessing during this big transition in our lives, and I highly recommend you work with her when you are looking for a new place to live.

Haley is absolutely amazing! I came into town to do some apartment hunting while on a work trip and didn't have much time and felt very overwhelmed and she saved me. She was so organized and help me schedule showings based on my preferences, kept a lookout of the neighborhoods to avoid, and always had my best interests at heart. She is so professional and personable, I cannot wait to have her over at my new place that I am so happy we found together :)

Lauren held our hands through the bumpy process of renting. Little did we know that the anxiety and emotions associated with buying a house are just as present in renting one! She was always there, through the thick and thin, looking for a nearby house for us to stay in whilst ours undergoes extensive renovations. I must commend her on her professionalism when we almost rented a house that didn't deal with agents; she continued the transaction despite not being compensated, unbeknownst to us! And when we did finally rent another house, she ensured that the level of expected standards were met by listing the numerous deficiencies of the house, many of which I had personally missed, to the owners to rectify. Even her assistant, Haley, climbed up to the garage opener to program a spare remote control, paid out of their own pocket to boot! Above and beyond. (Not AI generated comments BTW.)
