Greg Springer
A third-generation realtor, Greg was born into the world of real estate. From the time he could walk, he was surrounded by his family’s business in property management and apartment building leases/sales. Experiencing “real world” situations gives Greg an unparalleled breadth of knowledge to the Listing Team. Prior to joining Pardee Properties, Greg worked at Marcus & Millichap in commercial sales with a focus on apartments, retail, offices, and triple net properties. He brings a decade of combined commercial real estate sales and professional property management experience to the Pardee team. Don’t be fooled by his easy-going demeanor. He is constantly pushing the work behind-the-scenes to close the deal. He brings immense value and insight for our listings and keeps the jokes coming, especially on the days when they’re needed most.
Born and raised in Venice, Greg maybe a SoCal native but he has worked in various commercial real estate and leasing roles across the country. In his spare time you can find him traveling, reading, and mastering his movie trivia.

Tami Pardee and her team were simply fantastic. We had already moved to another state when we listed our house, so it was stressful and difficult to deal with many of the details in the closing process. Greg truly was our savior. He coordinated and attended all the inspections, gave us written feedback immediately after each meeting, helped get all the remaining furniture out of the house, and even returned our internet equipment to Spectrum. It is been an absolute pleasure working with Emma Russell and Katie Pardee In my quest to find a 1031 exchange.
