For us, the choice of going with Pardee was a simple one -- we met Kerry Ann at our neighbor's open house and immediately emembered her as the agent who sold us the house we were about to put on the market! I just sold another property with Halton Pardee (we closed in July 2018) This is my 3rd transaction with Kerry Anne and her Listing Manager Eric. Both of them are extremely professional and a joy to work with. Even though my transaction wasn't as high end as their usual ones they were always available and patient. They worked on saving me money and didn't ask me to do any unnecessary fixes to the place. None of my real estate transactions have been easy and this one was no different! Impeccable is the best word to describe their quality of service from their great handymen, housekeeper and referrals for stagers and painters to the extreme patience showed by Eric to my literal hundreds of questions I asked during the selling process to Kerry Ann's great insight into the market and strategy to get the target number we desired. It almost seemed too easy! The whole process from decision to sell through escrow only took two and a half months. If you are thinking of going with someone else it's worth the meeting to see what they can offer as they are VERY competitively priced, have great recommendations on easy repairs/updates that will triple their value and their services are far better then can be offered by an individual broker. I haven't experienced their service on the buying side yet but I would definitely sell with them again!

Thorough and knowledgable, Kerry Ann and her team helped us navigate the process with ease. They offered support and guidance and heard us out when things felt tricky. They gave us space to think and also stayed on top of every little detail to make sure we received every ounce of information we could.
