When you begin the process of buying a new home, a place where you and your family will lay their heads at night and where you hope to spend the rest of your lives it feels daunting. It is a larger than life, out of body feeling. From the very first phone call until Emma walked into the house on Friday April 5 and said: "it's done, we've closed and this is now your house" we could not have asked for a better agent. My wife and I had very specific ideas on what we wanted. We were wiling to take our time and find the "right one". Emma knew that and respected our wishes and desires. We'd shopped around for realtors and hadn't found the fit we wanted and that first conversation in August with Emma sealed the deal. As we went through many trials and tribulations in our search Emma never panicked or got stressed when we asked crazy questions or just didn't like what we'd seen. Emma and her team did a great job in helping me secure the purchase of a home right on the oceanfront in Southern California. I was coming over from out of state and she and her team accommodated me with several appointments to meet with remodeling contractors. Other realtors would just get my initial offer rejected and not countered, but she made it happen.
