In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, my fiance and I took the unusual step of forgoing the wedding and using our savings to buy a house instead. Needless to say, the market is insane in the Coachella Valley. With interest rates this low, everyone was flocking to the desert to get away from Covid. We don't live in the area, and Audra was phenomenal about video conferencing with us and walking through the potential houses. She kept us updated as every house went on the market. One house we looked at had everything we wanted on paper. Three bedrooms. Two baths. Garage. Pool. But, I didn't like it. There was something about it that I didn't feel right about. There was absolutely no pressure from Audra to buy it anyway. She said, "Ok, let's move on to the next one!" It was never about getting a sale. It was always about what worked best for us. In the end, we did find the perfect home. It was everything we wanted, and Audra made it happen. I cannot recommend Audra highly enough.
