Casa Karmina is the perfect spot for your Southern CA getaway; you will stay RIGHT on the beach in the eclectic town of Venice, home to sun, surf, sail and the popular muscle beach ! This large unit includes 3 ½ bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 8-10 guests with a fully equipped kitchen you can dine on your covered balcony/lanai or on the lower patio, right next to the sand. We keep your hot tub at a constant 103 degrees, which is the optimal temperature for maximum relaxation, and combined with the most amazing views in Venice Beach, you'll create perfect serenity and have deep healing sleep. Come in from the beach and use our hot/cold outdoor shower. We have lots of beach toys, 4 bikes, skim boards, a few boogie boards, surf boards, and rollerblades. In the winter months ride our sled/saucers down the nearby sand dunes (a favorite for the kids of all ages!) You may even want to spend a night out on the covered lanai (so you can tell everyone you slept on the beach, under the stars)--there are NO mosquitoes here! All linens, as well as beach towels and blankets are provided. Venice has numerous fun and easy activities just outside your garden gate. Just a short distance to central Venice, Muscle Beach, entertaining street vendors, artisans and performers, or take the short ride to Santa Monica Pier and its ferris wheel/arcades. And be sure to enjoy historic Venice Pier: make it your morning or evening fun and even teach your kids to fish just a short block from the house. You can also enjoy the Historic Venice Walk Streets and the Venice Canals (Venice was originally modeled after Venice, Italy) or move along the beach to the colorful 'Venice wall and the skate park or south to the Marina jetty and watch the boats come and go. Enjoy fine dining at great restaurants from Cuban, Italian, three Mexican, or simply Starbucks or the local coffee house/deli, 'The Cow's End', all just literally around the corner. Perfect for short or extended stays, or even that corporate professional needing the most relaxed place to stay after a long day!
