Dear Friends in our Community,

First and foremost, we hope you and your loved ones are safe. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the fires in the Palisades and elsewhere in Los Angeles and we want to offer our support to those in need. 

We know this is an incredibly difficult time and we are here to help you find resources for you and your loved ones.

If you or someone you know are displaced by the fires and need short term (or long term) housing, we are gathering all of our resources to help. We do have long term leases available and clients whose homes are on the market or coming soon — including vacant staged/furnished homes, that are willing to do short term leases for those in need of immediate housing because of this tragedy. We’re reaching out to our entire network to connect more resources and help those in need navigate this transition. We are here for you.

If you need transportation to a safe place, or other essentials such as food, clothing, or sanitary items, our operations team is on the ground and here to help. We have trucks and team members that are ready to go.

We encourage everyone to stay informed using resources like the Watch Duty app and LA’s emergency app, which provide real-time updates.
