We can’t believe another year has flown by! This past year has brought our brokerage many blessings: we launched our brand redesign that was inspired by the imagery and sunsets of Southern California, made a couple of TV appearances, and were recognized as the #1 team in Los Angeles by Real Trends.
We are so grateful for your business and friendship. Your continuous support has led us to our most financially successful year yet. We sold 451 homes — helped homeowners sell 213 homes and represented buyers on 238 properties and did over $866 million in total sales volume last year, all whilst ensuring our clients love where they live.

We started our year with Pearl Street, a picturesque home perched on a sprawling 8,700 sq. ft. lot in Sunset Park. Designed and built in 1992 with not a detail missed, the spacious two-story entryway drew in buyers, with 360 roof-top views stretching from the mountains to Catalina, and a back patio and yard complete with a garden and fountain. It’s no wonder we received multiple offers and sold for nearly $383k over the asking price at $3,832,725!

Nearby in Pacific Palisades, our clients envisioned loving the ultra-private Rustic Canyon community. We found our Buyers 909 Greentree Road for $450k under asking at $9,500,000, a brand-new property built with exquisite design. Down the street, we closed the Spoleto Estate for $17,495,000, a three-story East Coast Traditional in Prime Riviera. Finally, within a short distance of Palisades Village, we closed 724 Hampden Place for $7,700,000 a warm New Contemporary, designed with impeccably detailed finishes and an infinity-edge pool and spa.
