Introducing the Venice Heritage Museum!

Venice, CA is an internationally recognized city — a small town with a massive footprint on global culture. Yet it still does not have a space to preserve, showcase, and nurture Venice’s creative and diverse historical legacy.

The Venice Heritage Museum (VHM) is answering that call. In the face of constant change, the Museum will be an inclusive hub to celebrate all the cultures and facets of Venice history. Venice’s accepting and progressive legacy will be on display, with exhibits highlighting both well-known and more obscure stories and archives, showcasing their relevance in today’s world.

Their campus in the heart of Venice will give locals, Angelenos, and the millions of visitors who come to Venice each year the opportunity to experience multimedia exhibitions, events, and educational activities at their Red Car exhibit space and outdoor community stage.

The 501c3 organization is on its way towards bringing this vision to life — join them and become a part of Venice history! With an active proposal under consideration by the City of LA Dept. of Rec & Parks, they are fundraising to restore an original 1905 Pacific Electric Red Car trolley donated to their team by the Southern California Railway Museum, which will become the featured exhibition space for VHM.

Contribute at any level to secure Venice’s history for generations to come. Join their movement today: www.veniceheritagemuseum.org/support.
