Halton Pardee Ranks in REAL Trends Top 2018 Real Estate Websites

We are thrilled to be recognized for several awards in the 2018 REAL Trends Website Rankings! Real Trends, Inc. is the trusted source of news, analysis, and information in residential real estate, and we couldn’t be more proud of the in-house marketing team at Halton Pardee for this accomplishment. Our goal was to have our website inviting, informative, and easy to navigate!

This year, the REAL Trends web consultants reviewed nearly 130 residential real estate websites solely based on their excellence in the following categories: Best Overall, Best Video Strategy, Best Design, Best Property Detail Page, Best Community Page, Best Mobile Experience and Best Association Website. “Our team analyzed all aspects of these websites, everything from brand messaging, transitions between desktop to mobile, design, navigation and the user experience,” says Brent Driggers, a web strategist for REAL Trends.

“A brokerage’s or team’s website is often the first interaction a real estate buyer or seller has with the firm. It’s important that it be clear, attractive and easy to use,” says Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends. “REAL Trends web consultants have spent the last three months reviewing 130 brokerage and team websites to rank them in six critical areas. “Our team analyzed all aspects of these websites, everything from brand messaging, transitions between desktop to mobile, design, navigation and the user experience,” says Brent Driggers, web strategist for REAL Trends.

Halton Pardee + Partners is ranked in the following categories:

#5 Best Overall

Best overall speaks to every element of website design and development—design, navigation, user experience, imagery, mobile and video. For brokerage websites, we looked at branding, navigation, search, property detail pages, community pages, and overall lead and registration flow.

#9 Best Community Pages

Websites that provide quick searches for towns and communities make it easier for visitors to find specific information. Landing pages should provide emotional insight into each community, such as amenities; average home price, market data, imagery, facts, maps, and lifestyle.

#9 Best Design

Website design and user experience often depend on users understanding of how the website works. There should be a unique value proposition (UVP) addressed on the home page that states who you are, what you do and why people should care. User experience consists of several variables including layout, clear navigation, usability and branding on a website.

#5 Best Mobile

The idea of responsive web design is to make websites that fit multiple screen sizes. For the design and development, it means one version of the website that adjusts to both desktop computers and mobile devices. Fluid layouts, flexible images, and individually catered landing pages are the three technical ingredients for responsive web design.

#2 Best Video

Creative and professional videos take a prominent position in web design and overall web presence. To produce a successful real estate video, you must film with technical awareness, appropriate platform, quality content, engaging audio and powerful transitions that speak to your brand.
