Originally from Philadelphia, Vince graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky before beginning a successful career in investment banking, specializing in Mortgage-Backed Securities. In the early 2000s, he analyzed billions in mortgages and closed deals averaging $300 million each. This background gives him a unique, comprehensive perspective on the real estate market at both the macroeconomic and local levels…expertise he now leverages to give his clients unmatched insight and confidence in their decisions.
Following his banking career, Vince founded a thriving fitness company focused on holistic wellness, helping clients achieve both life and fitness goals. He is also an award-winning screenwriter and performs comedy improv at festivals nationwide…passions that fuel his creativity and ability to connect with people on a deeper level.
For Vince, real estate is about more than transactions…it’s about people, relationships, and community. He actively gives back by coaching youth sports, teaching improv at his kid’s school, and serving as a Board Member of the West LA/Sawtelle Neighborhood Council.
