Stephanie hung in there with us and helped bargain our way into our dream home! We were not the highest offer, yet were able to close thanks to her thoroughness and negotiating skills. Her background in finance makes her a rare and valuable find as an agent. As a first time homebuyer, she not only patiently taught and guided me through the real estate process, but also expertly answered my more big picture questions about financing our home. She is also just fun and we had a blast going to open houses with her! We could not have asked for a better agent.

Stephanie was incredibly proactive throughout the home buying process and was always brutally honest with us about how competitive the LA market could be within our price range. Her attention to detail and willingness to negotiate, have the hard conversations and represent our best interest at all times was never in doubt.

Stephanie was wonderful in helping us negotiate the selling of our Sherman Oaks rental. We were doing a 1031 exchange and time was of the essence. Stephanie brought us a number of cash buyers and discussed with us the merits of each. She even found us a good handyman to do some work around the house. The house closed escrow timely and we were successfully able to do the 1031 exchange thanks to Stephanie. We additionally had to deal with long-term renters and Stephanie handled them compassionately and professionally. I highly recommend Stephanie as a superb, smart and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Like every other profession, there are people who are truly experts and those who are not. We have owned 9 properties and have never worked with anyone as knowledgable as Stephanie. She is from the east coast and has a financial background. She knows how to crunch numbers and create financing, so that it makes business sense. She also has a sense of urgency, she communicates clearly on how fast she is going to respond and has followed through EVERY time. I believe this is because Stephanie truly cares. You can't fake that. She goes beyond the call of duty, before and after the sale. ( Stephanie also has a capable team supporting her.) I am so glad that we were looking at open houses one day and met her. BTW: that was not the home we purchased from her. We looked for another year and 3 months. Stephanie never pressured us. She just said ' I am here to provide whatever you need and when you are ready, we will go from there. '

Stephanie worked through the usual (and, then, unusual and exceedingly difficult) highs and lows of selling a classic home, but one that was built in the 1950s and needed some work and representation so that prospective owners saw the value of this buy. She closed on my preferred date. Great job; great communication; always in the know. Will use her services again on my next sale.

Made video recordings as well with lots of detail. Open and honest. Always felt that she was happy to help us and did so with lots of enthusiasm and high energy. Stephanie was amazing. She asked all the right questions and listened to what I wanted. Every single listing she sent me fit my parameters and it was obvious she cared about my needs.
