Celebrating 20 Years by Giving Back to 20 Local Charities
To thank the communities we live, work, and play in, Pardee is donating $2,000 each to 20 local charities making real impact in our neighborhoods.
For the past two decades, Pardee Properties has believed in living our values—giving back is part of our DNA. Through our Life Change Warriors Foundation, we’ve already donated more than $1.675 million to local causes.
In celebration of our 20th Anniversary, we launched our 20 for 20 Giving Program—20 gifts of $2,000 each to hyper‑local nonprofits whose work uplifts our neighborhoods.
We put the spotlight on one charity each week—sharing who they are, why they matter, and how you can get involved.

That's a wrap on our 20 for 20 program! Big love and gratitude to the community for the nominations, kudos and support. We can't wait to see what else these incredible organizations do next! And don't worry, we're far from done giving. We donate to local schools every year and continue our work with our own foundation, Life Change Warriors. Giving back to the community has always been and will always be in our DNA.
