Todd Monks
Born and raised on the East Coast, Todd started his real estate career over eight years ago in the greater Los Angeles area. A focused listener and able advisor with tenacious professionalism, Todd is known for his intuition and diligence while employing genuine support as he creates a positive experience in any property transaction. After completing his bachelor degrees in Business Management and Real Estate Economics, Todd started his career at Keller Williams and moved his way up working along side top industry professionals and high award achievers, while during the process broadening his focus to include investment and commercial real estate.
When Todd isn’t working, he enjoys an active SoCal lifestyle and giving back to his community. He enjoys helping others and has worked with several non-profits and charitable organizations including; Habitat for Humanity, Friends of the Los Angeles River, and Conservation International. Todd is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys everything Los Angeles has to offer: cycling, beach volleyball, basketball and hiking.
