During the course of the year, we put in a couple of offers where Samira showed us the ropes and patiently explained all the details of the paperwork that had to be signed. She navigated us through two bidding wars and outbid dozens of offers and we just barely lost to two “all cash offers” that we could not match.

We eventually found our dream home later this year and thanks to Samira our offer was accepted without the sellers going into a cycle of counter-offers. During the closing process Samira has been incredible. The closing process was extremely challenging due to very rare title complications on the seller’s side and it took almost two months for the seller to resolve the issues. Samira handled all the challenges and problems we encountered, coordinated with the seller’s agent, three title companies and our bank to bring this to a successful closing. She organized and called up inspection companies, pest control and made sure last minute HVAC problems got resolved before closing.

Samira was available for us day and night and during this entire process and we couldn’t have made it without her.

But most importantly, throughout the whole process, Samira has taken the time to get to know us personally, listening to our feedback on the properties that we were viewing and that were not making the cut, encouraging us during times when we were about to throw in the towel and bringing back the fun with her outgoing personality and genuine kindness. We are glad to have had her by our side as our real estate agent and are even happier to have gained a friend as a result.

My husband and I were looking for a house in LA. After leaving messages to several realtors and communicating with them through text, Samira really left a great impression on us by calling us to discuss what we needed, what she knew, and more.

We are currently not in LA and we both have very busy schedules, so we wanted to plan a weekend trip to tour some homes. Before speaking with Samira, other realtors mentioned they could not arrange the tour for us during the weekend because the tours were all booked. However, when we spoke with Samira, who was very nice and professional, she said she would try her best to make the tours for us. AND SHE DID!

We finalized our tour list with Samira. When we were in LA, she went to the houses with us and shared her opinions and research. After we found a house we really like, she helped us submit an offer.

Initially, the seller decided to go with another offer. We thought that we had to go through the search process again later this year. Oh, man! Are you looking to purchase a place in SoCal? You need to have Samira Izadifar on your side. Especially if you are coming from out of state. Hands down the best realtor I've had the pleasure to work with. My partner and I were moving from out of state and were looking to possibly rent or buy a place. Samira was never pushy about purchasing a place. She helped us even before we made the decision to look for a property to buy. She asked us a ton of questions about the type of property we would like and the possible location we wanted to move into. She also made herself available when we were having a couple of freak-outs. A cross-country move while selling and buying a house in two different states and packing a whole house and a car was getting pretty stressful. She was always calm, personable, and funny. I honestly don't think we would have been able to complete this move as smoothly as it went without her help. She helped SO SO MUCH at every step, finding properties, going to open houses, suggesting areas, and scheduling different inspections after our offer was accepted among other things.
