Noah helped us buy our first house. We think he is a smart and reliable real estate agent, as well as a truly nice guy.
Our house hunt was a little frustrating because the market was extremely competitive and prices just kept going up and up. Throughout it all, Noah was patient and honest, always keeping his optimistic outlook and sense of humor (especially when the stress was getting the best of us and we were admittedly ‘not easy’). He hustled for us and fought for our interests, even when it seemed like a long shot or required a lot of time and energy on his part. He also explains all the real estate jargon and procedures well, and loves to strategize! The second we wanted to make an offer, he was on it! We never ever felt like he wasn't doing enough!
Noah also has fantastic instincts. After looking for a year and half at probably close to 100 houses, with 3 mind-blowing bidding wars under our belts, we were disheartened and starting to lean towards upgrading our rental situation and calling it a day. But Noah gently encouraged us to see a house that had been sitting on the market even though it really didn’t appeal to us at all online. In the end, we bought it, for under asking(!!!!!!) and completely LOVE it. With all the online resources available to a buyer, an agent with a good eye seems pretty valuable - without Noah's nudge, we totally could have missed our house.
Throughout escrow, Noah was reliable, knowledgeable and calm. He is always there when he says he will be and communicates well. He is also just really likable and professional, which is a plus when dealing with other agents, mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc.
We used to see Noah weekly, and actually miss hanging out with him now that we are done house hunting!

My husband and I moved to California from Europe and manged to buy our dream house in Venice within 12 month of arriving here! This is all due to Noah's hard work, spot on tips, speedy communication and know-how approach to real estate. Nothing was too hard for Noah, he helped us with a smile and made the process as enjoyable as possible. There is no way we would have managed to buy our house this quickly without Noah. Thanks Noah!!! PS: He also gave us a lovely house warming present

I usually research everything and tend to be a very skeptical person, but for some reason I decided to go with Noah to sell our house and we were so impressed with him throughout the whole process. Our neighbors had just used him to buy their house and gave him a great review. We talked to him during their homebuying process and mentioned we might be interested in selling soon. He followed up with us right when he said he would, and so we chose him to list our house. He had a plan from the beginning that was thoroughly thought-out and definitely got us top dollar for our home. The professional photographer he brought in did an amazing job making our home look its best. He was positive throughout the whole experience even as our first contract fell through. He priced the house really well since we got so many offers in just a few days. We ended up accepting an offer well over asking (both times!). He was very knowledgable about the real estate market and never rushed us about anything or pressured us to make a decision to make his life easier. Even though the process wasn't the most fun thing to go through, Noah was a pleasure to work with and even if I had done research, I couldn't have chosen a better realtor. We would highly recommend Noah and would use him again in a heartbeat if we hadn't moved across the country!
