Winter Wonderland Block Party + Art Walk**
Mar Vista proudly presents Winter Wonderland and Mar Vista Art walk, taking place on Saturday, November 24th from 12pm – 6pm, right in the heart of Mar Vista on Grand View Blvd.
It will be an entire day of fun, food, shopping, and experiencing in Mar Vista. Activities include:
- Skating rink

- Cookie scavenger hunt

7th Annual Venice Holiday Sign Lighting**
Join the Venice Chamber of Commerce, special guests and your community for what has become a beloved tradition of changing the lights on the Venice Sign from white to red and green for the holidays!
For the 7th year running, Windward Avenue east of Pacific Avenue will be closed for the event to include live music, a poster contest, and activities for the whole family.

Main St. Holiday Party
Join Main Street Santa Monica in a festive night! Stroll Main Street and hop from shop to shop for goodies and good times. There will be music, photo ops with Santa, a tree lighting and a candle light walk, all part of the family festive fun on Main Street in Santa Monica.
An annual tradition that starts with a tree lighting at the Heritage Lawn followed by a walk led by Santa, to the famous Shopping Cart tree at Edgemar. You’re invited to a festive night of carolers and holiday parties hosted by your favorite Main Street businesses!

Culver City Holiday Tree Lighting
Celebrate peace, good will and the holiday season at this annual Downtown Culver City event. See Santa Claus as he makes a very special visit all the way from the North Pole! Downtown Culver City businesses provide the hot cider, hot cocoa, cookies and other festive treats that are sure to make everyone feel merry. Stay afterwards for dinner at one of Downtown Culver City’s many restaurants, or take a stroll down the boulevards. Culver City’s downtown area is Southern California’s best kept secret, featuring a wonderful mix of historic buildings, boutiques, theaters, galleries, and unique restaurants opening on to tree-lined streets.

Marina del Rey Snow Wonder/Boat Parade
Burton Chace Park is transformed into a winter wonderland with tons of real snow and a sledding hill (sleds provided for your use). Also enjoy crafts, music, face painting, and food booths. The entire event is free with food available for purchase.
Watch a trail of lighted boats cruise through the main channel. Narration on a PA system is available at the two most popular viewing places, Burton Chace Park and Fisherman’s Village. For 2018, 4th District L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn serves as the Grand Marshall. This year’s parade theme is Winter Water Wonderland. The event is heavily attended and local parking lots fill quickly. We recommend arriving early in the day and enjoying activities and dining in the Marina while you wait for the start of the parade.

Venice Canals’ Holiday Boat Parade
The 35th Annual Venice Canals Holiday Boat Parade parade kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Eastern Canal and Carroll canals. The Venice Canals welcomes everyone to be part of the parade.

Holiday Stroll: Businesses welcome revelers all day with special treats and in-store events. Santa and carolers will stroll the Boulevard spreading Holiday Cheer. And be sure to participate in a fun scavenger hunt to win great prizes! 2017 Date to be announced soon!
